Blue 2.5” Peeling Knife with Sheath

Exceptionally sharp and striking in design, the full-tang X-7 Damascus steel blade of this Peeling Knife features a hammered texture that looks stunning and allows food to slide right off the blade. The balanced, durable octagonal handle comes in a rich blue and black faux-wood-grain pattern and is complemented and secured by a single mosaic rivet. Each knife comes with a deep blue wood magnetic Saya-style sheath that is perfectly shaped to protect the knife's distinct blade.

This peeling knife is shaped like a bird's beak, making easy work of peeling and trimming small fruits and vegetables with a rounded surface. It's also ideal for turning vegetables and for making decorative garnish cuts, such as rosettes or fluting.
