The Heritage Steel 'Titanium Series' cookware features a 5-ply construction that heats quickly and evenly. The interior layer is 316Ti steel – a titanium, stabilized steel that is 20 times more durable than 18/10 steel, and is easy to clean. Three layers of aluminum allow for excellent heat conductivity. The inert nature makes the cookware extremely safe. It is versatile because it will work on any type of cooktop including induction.
