HIC Kitchen's Jalapeno Pepper Corer cleans and deseeds peppers and minimizes contact with spicy pepper juice for less skin irritation. A helpful addition to kitchen gadgets and food preparation tools, its long serrated spiral blade cuts through tough skin, cuts off pepper tops, and detaches ribs. The sharp inner teeth securely grip and extract the core with little effort. Easily scoop out ribs and seeds and prepare jalapeno, habanero, cherry, ghost, Italian hot, and other peppers, 1-inch in diameter or larger. Simply slice off the stem end of the pepper. Insert the corer blade and twist it to separate ribs and seeds from the inner wall of the pepper. Lift out the blade to extract the core. If the core is a bit stubborn, wiggle it slightly, then twist the blade around again.
